Which accounting packages are supported?
Report Craft currently integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero via OAuth. Both packages produce identical, standardised reports — so your output looks the same regardless of which package your client uses.
How does the data sync work?
When you connect a client, Report Craft fetches all accounts and up to 5 years of period data from the accounting package. Data is cached locally and can be refreshed at any time with a single click.
Can I customise the reports?
Yes. You can add notes, comments, and adjust account groupings. The compilation report, declaration, and front cover all support custom text. Your firm's logo appears on every report.
How is the PDF generated?
Report Craft renders all selected reports into a single, print-ready A4 PDF with proper headers, footers, and page numbers. The PDF is generated server-side using a headless browser for pixel-perfect output.
Is my data secure?
All connections use OAuth 2.0 — we never see your clients' passwords. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts.
